Roles and Responsibilities:
Give advice and design solutions using the ServiceNow platform in the area of IT
Develop specific service portals based on the latest web techniques
Primary point of contact for overall SNOW functionality
Release & Change Management: Leads planning for technical functionality releases
Standards & Documentation: Accountable for the creation of key standards and documents
Operate & Maintain: Manage ServiceNow platform and technical environment
Excellence & Agile Transformation - we prefer consultants with passion and offer them a chance to work out their most innovated ideas.
Development: Leads internal development team, partners and vendors


Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

At least 3 years of working experience in implementations based on ServiceNow platform (additional certifications like Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer of Certified Implementation Specialist preferred)
Knowledge and working experience with multiple areas in ServiceNow
Knowledge of integrations with different ITSM or ITOM tooling
Prefered knowledge of Web technologies (XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS, DOM, RESTfull APIs etc.)
Preferred knowledge of Web technologies (XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS, DOM, RESTfull APIs etc.)
Preferred knowledge of Application development (Angular.JS, JavaScript, DML/SQL etc.)
Advanced English
Bachelor or Master level education
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work with partners and peers located worldwide
Interest for innovative and new technologies, especially in the area of Enterprise Service Management
