Job description

Finance management

Supervising Accounting
Controlling function
Cash management, banking operations
Budgeting: annual targets definition, rolling forecast
Group reporting: monthly, quarterly, annual closure

Office management

Supervision of an Office Manager
Facility management: rental agreements, moving etc..
IT local coordination incl. Communication technology
Purchasing: negotiation with suppliers
Administration: Communication with local authorities

Resource Management

Coordination between HR, Sales and Delivery teams to ensure efficient team utilization

Legal and Compliance

Contracts reviews
Answering compliance requests

Skills required

Customer orientation to support the business
A strong interest for Information technologies
Ability to run day to day operations
Strong ability to handle complex situations
Managerial people skills and exemplary work ethics to manage the team for support functions

 

Qualifications

Experience required

10+ years of experience in similar functions [auditing, finance management, ops management within international group]
Strong financial background  (IFRS/local GAAP, financial/controlling tools)
Fluent Czech and English
